You can use EverLeagues to set up an organizational structure that reflects your actual organizational layout. This enhances your organization's management by providing a comprehensive view of its operations.
If you are the owner or administrator of an organization, you can create and manage your company's structure by going to Settings > Organization Units
Here's an example:
Imagine a law firm with locations in NYC and Chicago. To create a new branch in Miami, follow these steps:
1. Click on +
2. Enter the name of your new Organization Unit (in this case, Miami)
3. Click Save
To continue with the setup, you can further define your Miami branch by adding departments within it. To do so:
1. Hover over your Sub Organization Unit (in this case, Miami)
2. Click on +
3. Enter the name of the new sub organization (e.g., a new department in Miami).
4. Click Save
Every layer of your organization structure is editable. When hovering over a sub organization unit, you have three options:
1. Click + icon to add a new sub organization unit under the one you're hovering over.
2. Click Edit icon to modify the name of the sub organization unit.
3. Click Delete icon to delete the sub organization unit
