Our client assignment feature is designed to help you efficiently and transparently manage responsibilities within your organization.

Here's how to use it:


1. Go to Operation in the side menu, then select Client Assignment 



2. In the next window, you'll see both co-workers and clients in your organization, filtered by organization unit.



3. Begin by choosing an organization unit. The system will automatically display the co-workers and clients associated with the selected organization unit.



4. To gain a comprehensive view of client assignments within your organization, you can filter by employees. Click on any employee to view the clients assigned to them in the organization unit. Similarly, you can filter by clients and click on any client to see which employees have been assigned to work with them in the organization unit.




5. To assign or unassign, select an employee or client and click either Assign or Unassign.
