Owners can access and manage subscriptions by navigating to Organization > Subscriptions
There are 4 tabs in this section:
General tab: view the organization's usage details
Payment tab: add or edit payment preferences.
Invoices tab: review any available invoices
Contracts tab: review any available contracts
