To initiate a video conference in any chat room, follow these steps:
1. Click on Chat in the sidebar menu.
2. Select a chat room
3. Press on the video camera icon to create a video conference room
4. Click the green send button to start the conference
You can have up to 30 participants in a video conference.
If you want to video conference with individuals who are not EL members, you can use our Open Video Conference feature, which allows you to connect with both EL members and non-members. Here's how:
1. Click on Open Video Conference in the sidebar menu.
2. Invite your EL connections from the "current contacts" section.
3. Invite non-EL members by entering their email addresses in the "new guests" section.
4. Once you've invited all the participants, click "Invite & start meeting" to begin the video conference. Enjoy seamless communication with both EL members and external contacts!
