Though EverLeagues is primarily designed for business use, we've crafted a Personal Space for each user. This dedicated space allows you to invite your personal contacts, store important files, and more, all in a secure environment completely separate from all your other organizations.
Using your Personal Space on the MOBILE APP
To access your personal space, select Personal Space from the switch organization menu.
INVITING FRIENDS
You have several methods to invite friends to your Personal Space:
1. Send an invitation link
If you wish to invite multiple friends at once, you can copy and send them your Personal Space invitation link.
Go to Connections, click the menu icon on the top right, and select Copy Invitation Link to copy your personal space invitation link.
You can then share this link with anyone via text message, email, and more. If the person you invited is...
an existing EL member: they need to log in first.
a non EL member: they need to create an account first.
After that they can click the link, and select Send Friend Request to connect with you.
2. Manual invitation
Go to Connections, click the menu icon on the top right, then select Add Contact. Fill out your friend's information and click the save icon to save their details. Finally, go to your newly added friend's profile and click the add icon to send an invitation.
Your friend will receive an invitation email with a link they can click to accept.
If they don't have an EverLeagues account, they'll be prompted to create one.
If they already have an account, they can just log in to connect with you.
3. Scan QR code (mobile app only)
If you and your friend are nearby, you can scan their QR code using the mobile app.
To access your own QR code, click My QR Code. To scan someone else's code, click Scan Contact QR. Once you've scanned their code, click Send Invitation to connect immediately.
For methods 1 & 2, you'll need to approve friend requests you receive. Go to Connections, click the menu icon on the top right, and click Approve Join Request. Then, click Accept or Reject to approve or deny each friend request.
Using your Personal Space on the WEB APP
To access your Personal Space, click on the switch icon in the top left, select My Organizations, then choose Personal Space.

For either method, you'll need to approve friend requests you receive. Go to the Friends section on the left menu bar and click Friend Requests to view requests. Click check or x to approve or deny each friend request.
