Here's a quick guide on how to use our ELSign tool

Prepare a document to be signed:
Log into the web app, click on the ELSign tab, upload the PDF document you'd like to be signed, and press the upload button.
To add a field, navigate to the correct page in your document, and click on the "Add Signer & Field" button.
To add fields for EL members in you organization, fill out the information and click Save. To invite guests to sign documents, click the Add Guest button.
Once you've added all the fields and dragged them in place, you can click Send Invite to send the sign request to all your signers.
You may customize the invite email before finalizing the request by clicking the Send Invite button once again.
Signers who are EverLeagues members will be able to sign on the web app or mobile app. Guests will be able to sign on a guest portal they can enter by checking their email.
Sign a document on web:
Log into the web app, click on the ELSign tab, and select the Received Documents tab. You will see a list of documents on the left panel to sign. Click Sign to sign the document, or View to review the document first.
After clicking Sign, read the ELSign consent and click Begin to start signing.
Click Sign, fill out the fields, and then press the Submit button to finish signing.
Sign a document on mobile:
Log into the EverLeagues mobile app, click on the tools icon (rightmost icon in the bottom tab bar), and select the ELSign tool. You will see a list of documents to sign. Click Sign to sign the document, or View to review the document first.
After clicking Sign, read the ELSign consent and click Begin, then Sign, to start signing.
Fill out the fields and then press the Submit button to finish signing.
