To use our free EL HealthCheck tool to help your business open safely, have your admin activate the tool on the web app:
Using our mobile app:
To use EL HealthCheck on the mobile app, go to the tools tab (rightmost icon on the bottom toolbar) and click EL HealthCheck. Click Self Report to report symptoms daily, and click View to to see your report history.
Admins can also click Assisted Report to report for clients, customers, or guests who are not yet part of the EverLeagues platform. Admins can click Admin View to review users' reports.
Using our web app:
To use EL HealthCheck on web, go to the EL HealthCheck tab. Similarly, click Self Report to submit your self report, and View to to see your report history. Admins can also click on Assisted Report to report for clients, customers, or guests who are not yet part of the EverLeagues platform; and can click Admin Dashboard to review users' reports.
Admins can also set which form to use, and select designated users (users who can use assisted report for the organization) on the web app.
