1. Logging in


To access EverLeagues, simply log in using your credentials on either our web app or mobile app. If you've forgotten your password, you can easily reset it here: https://app.everleagues.com/forgot-password

Mobile app: download EverLeagues from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store


2. Switching between organizations


EverLeagues allows you to effortlessly navigate between multiple organizations. Additionally, you have a Personal Space where you can connect with family and friends and manage essential documents.


Web app: There is a switch button located on the top left corner next to your organization's name. Click to switch organizations.



Mobile app: Tap either the button on the top left corner or your organization's icon or name to switch organizations.




3. Managing Connections


The Connections section allows you to view and manage people you’re connected with, including coworkers, clients, and external contacts.


Web app:

  1. From the left-hand menu, go to Connections.

  2. Select Member Directory to view members within your organization who are connected to you.

On the Member Directory page, you can:

  • View all connected members along with their contact details.

  • Use filters on the left panel to narrow results by role (Coworkers, Clients, Vendors) or member type.

  • Search for specific members using the search icon.

  • Click the eye icon to view a member’s profile.

Members labeled as Coworker indicate users who belong to your organization.




Mobile app:




Contacts with "Member" on the top right corner of their profile are also EverLeagues members.




4. Chat


The Chat feature allows you to communicate with your connections through one-on-one or group conversations. You can send messages, share files, start or schedule meetings, search conversations, and mark messages for easy follow-up.


Web app:


From the left-hand navigation menu, click Chats.
Use the search bar at the top to find an existing conversation, or click the plus (+) icon to start a new chat.



Select a contact to open the conversation and begin messaging.



When inside a chat, you can:

  • Type your message in the message box and click the send (arrow) icon.

  • Click the plus (+) icon to:

    • Start an instant meeting

    • Schedule a meeting

    • Attach a file

    • Attach files from the cloud

  • Use the emoji icon to add reactions to your messages.

To access additional message options:

  • Click the three-dot menu within a chat to:

    • Reply later

    • Star messages for quick access

You can also use the icons at the top of the chat to:

  • Browse Files

  • Search messages 

  • View open meetings in this room 




Mobile app: 


To create a new chat room, tap the arrow icon on the top right corner, then click "Create Chat". 


You can send audio messages by tapping the voice record button. Explore more options by clicking the plus icon.

5. Video conferencing & Screen sharing


Host video conference and screen sharing sessions by creating or joining meetings within any chat room. For meetings with guests who aren't yet on EverLeagues, you can use Open Meeting rooms.


Web app


Click the video icon in any chat room to start an instant meeting or schedule a meeting.
 


Hover your mouse near the bottom of the meeting to show options, including screen sharing.


To create an Open Video Conference and invite anyone via email, click this option on the side menu bar.


Mobile app


Tap the + icon, followed by "Meeting" to create a new meeting room.



To create an Open Video Conference, navigate to "More" and select "Open Meeting".




6. Mobile PDF scanner tool


Utilize our mobile PDF scanner tool to convert new or existing photos into PDFs. This tool includes auto-edge detection, cropping, filters, and rotation to enhance images before conversion. You can export generated PDFs directly to messages, emails, other apps, and more.


Access the PDF scanner tool by clicking the "More" icon, then "Tools," and finally "PDF Scanner".





7. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Enhance the security of your account by enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). You may choose to set it up with either your email or phone number. By default, a 2FA code is sent to your email each time you log in on a new device or start a new session.


To add your phone number or enable 2FA, click the pen "edit" icon in the Security section.

If you disable 2FA: you will only be prompted to confirm your identity when logging in on a new device or starting a new session; a 2FA code will be sent to your chosen method.


Web app: Click on your profile circle in the top right corner, then go to "View Profile" and select "
Security".



Mobile app: Tap the icon in the top left corner, then go to "Settings" and select "Security".
